In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

This team had an incredible rush around 9:30 on 4/18 (it was getting worse and worse by the time I left too) . The team handled it extremely well while being positive and having incredible customer service. Special shout out to Grace (!!!) who helped lead the team and was so so sweet despite the pressure. Give kudos and raises to all the team members on shift during this time.

Down on service only because I ordered a Box/Catering size Coffee and the person at the counter when I ordered went to brake and the other one just kept making the regular orders and didn't know how to make mine and I had to wait until they could figure it out.
