If you live in the Gainesville/ Haymarket area, it is really hard to beat some made from scratch authentic Italian food! I have been coming here for years and it is the same food without change each time. So good! The brothers are extraordinary crafting their dishes. This place is a staple for our family and we find value in supporting our locals in the community!đŸ™‚

i was just served a lovely pizza at Valentino’s in Haymarket, VA that reminded me so much of Joe Ricci’s cooking at Penn Pizza in Bethlehem, PA, circa 1980s-90s, that i started tearing up.
Joe was originally from Cervinara, Italy. And then such an important part of Bethlehem for decades. Also a starring character in many fond memories with my grandparents (also iconic non-English shopkeepers).
