We bought a package of 50 Happy Oysters using the pre-order process. Picked up our oysters in Reedville without a hitch and then proceeded to use all 50 over three days. We ate some raw and ate some baked, they were spectacular. We will buy again from Sapidus Farms with pleasure and gusto!
Sapidus oysters were the highlight of our gathering of veteran oyster eaters. All were impressed with the prefect brininess and clean taste. The happy sauce was a nice surprise when we discovered how much it elevated the flavors. The oysters are absolutely a tasty product, but the bonus is that Angelina and Mike are kind and generous humans and any oyster eater should feel good about supporting this family business.
Oysters are hands down some of the best I've ever had after twenty years in the hospitality/food industry. So thrilled I ordered merch that unfortunately came pre-worn.
