Balkan exceeded my expectations! Very familiar with the food, I must say that that the chef brought out the flavors of each dish so beautifully! EVERYTHING is made from scratch, including the phyllo dough!!! A true culinary experience. I must go back to try the cabbage rolls! Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable.
Our absolute favorite place to eat! We have dined at Balkan many many times over the past year and have been treated like family since the first visit. The food is absolutely amazing- from the huge variety of meats, to the fried cheese and Balkan potatoes, topped off with the most delicious baklava rolls, you just can’t go wrong with the Balkan menu options. Tonight I celebrated my birthday for the second year in a row at Balkan and I’m looking forward to so many more ♥️
A quaint establishment that you could easily miss from the road, Balkan Restaurant is worth checking out especially if you love grilled meats. I particularly recommend the mixed grill platter with balkan potatoes. The balkan potatoes are likely my favorite dish from here, but the cevapi sausages were excellent as well. I'm looking forward to trying the cevapi sandwich next!
