My husband and I stopped here the other day as we wanted to play pool and this place came up in our search. We walked in and asked the bartender, who was very nice, about playing and he told us we needed to head next door. We walked into the next door area and felt incredibly out of place, like we had just walked in someone's home uninvited. Anyway as we looked around and saw a small packed bar, a whining toddler and only one pool table which was being used, so we left.

Love bettn Horses there.Staff/waitress can be rude&flippant if u don't order food or drink( most of there salary comes from tips). So they can be pushy & in ur face constantly. Food above average. Profanity& excessive drinking by customers makes u wonder why more D.W.I .& arrest don't take place. Too many "Regulars roaming daily that think they OWN the place. Customers overall mean well, but Dive bar is so appropriate. Gd viewing for current sport events.Upbeat music covers Alot of bad conversation.... 2 stars. Betting staff nxt door are solid w betn assistance, thk god !

This place is the best kept secret in the west end. Everyone from the management and especially the great wait staff. Was EXCEPTIONAL!!! The food is exactly what I needed after a hard day at work and Kimbo was the perfect waitress. I highly recommend sitting in her section. I was never without food or drink and she kept my whole table smiling. If you’re a fan of the best kept secrets, this is the spot to be.

HIGHLY Disappointing …. As a food critic, normally I am a little more lenient far as local bar spots go…But THIS wasn’t pleased at all. The nachos Were very tough and stuck together as a whole, which led me to believe Maybe it was a new employee?? majority of the cheese was layered UNDER the chips instead of the opposite , which created this list, one with all affect with the nachos. Being so, the flavor profile this is consistent. so the nachos was very dry and unpleasant.It was no love shared with the fish and chips as you can see in the photo I truly felt robbed with that one for surePhilly steak eggrolls wasn’t too bad but the aftertaste screams “change the cooking oil “And the presentation, for this wasn’t great at all..I had a mini salad that wasn’t that bad so I felt it was fair to at least give it 2 stars..But for 60 bucks…. Dinner was very disappointing
