I took the family here for breakfast. My wife and daughters enjoyed their food, I had the chicken and waffles for which I thought was just ok, it needed more seasoning. The service from our server needed improvement as we only saw her 3x (when seated, took order, brought check), she didn’t check in with us at all and had to ask the hostess to go find her. Other than that, descent spot for breakfast.

Stopped by because we were in the area and we were not disappointed. Arrived around 10a on a Sunday and the place wasn't busy at all so we were immediately seated. Our server greeted us warmly and brought waters to the table before we even needed to ask. Love that.
I ordered a traditional mimosa with pineapple juice and if you're expecting a champagne flute, don't. My mimosa came in what I swear was a beta fishbowl on a stem. It was massive. The volume alone made sure that I only had 1.
We ordered the crab cake Benny and chicken and gravy. The crab cakes were great and the poached eggs were perfect. I could have used a pinch of salt but that's just me because I cleaned the plate without adding it. The chicken and gravy was a huge serving. My date could only eat half and he has an appetite. I also got the premium side of fruit that was fresh and a generous portion.
Anyways, I liked it. We'll definitely be back with friends to check out the Mimosa Tower.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE,!!! upscale..not at all..told there were no seats and we had to wait an hour. The table section on the left. 4 tables, we're dirty from food eaten an people sitting previuosly..waiting area? Ok..bar..waited fir9 2 people to get up, sat down and waited,and waited, more waiting with half eaten food in front of us..while waiting for just eye contact from the bar tender, some dude, employee, came around the bar to grab a mint oreo in front of us...still..no service. Once the dishes were cleared from in front of us. She couldn't reach the counter from the bar side so I WIPED IN FRONT OF ME..because she couldn't. While still waiting I noticed how disgustingly dirty the bar area was..unkept..Just like the tables..one drink and out of there..10 people cooking in the kitchen..no aprons, no hair nets, jordans, jeans and baseball caps...youre cooking???.rediculous! Horrible Horrible experience..no professionalism...never again!

This place is a NOPE for us now. The very young service staff (most looked like high school kids, maybe?) acted aloof and inattentive. Our food was not good.
It took 35 MINUTES for our food to come to our table. (It was not crowded at all.) We are convinced it was ready for a long time but just forgotten about. My breakfast burrito was not hot, barely warm, even. Like it had been sitting awhile. The cheese sauce had congealed on top like the skin that forms on queso as it cools. I tried one bite and ended up not eating any of it. Our complaints were met with complacency, not concern.
The coffee was okay. Potatoes decent. The ketchup was runny and tasted like some cheap generic brand, or maybe just old? watered down?
Worst part—flies everywhere. We'd have been better off eating outside. We will not return.

I just went today and got food poisoning! I had the blt and now I have been on the toilet for almost 2hrs. My papas grits was not seasoned and we won’t be back. However out server the guy was amazing and consistently showed us great service.

It was my first time here, service was good, food was good, it wasn’t too packed, which was good. My only issue was there was too many flies in the restaurant as I found myself spending more time fanning away flies and wasn’t able to enjoy my food Properly.

Our mimosas were sitting on the counter for a half hour waiting to be served and we were told the kitchen lost our ticket. So our mimosas were warm and we had to ask for them. Then they brought the food with the mimosas and said they could put the food under a light but they wanted us to know the light was small. They brought our food without sauce. They served one order of shrimp and not the other and just apologized stating the kitchen was backed up. We were never offered to comp anything despite the many fluctuations of service issues. Then, when our server brought us bags she asked us what food we were taking with us and hardly any of the meal had been eaten and she just stood there?? She then helped us bag it up it and after that took almost 30 minutes to receive our checks. At that time we were told that she was splitting the shrimp that we DID receive ??? We had to clarify a second time the shrimp would be in one and the Mac and cheese in the other after previously telling her this??? I love the food at this restaurant but this is third visit in a row that the service has been horrible????? Last visit… an entire meal was not put into the kitchen before the kitchen closed. And the first time, we asked for bacon not to be put in the grits in the to go order and just put it on the side instead…. They put bacon on the side and no charged extra for a side of bacon that was not requested and still put bacon in the grits and our family member that ate it, got sick from it. I hate to say it but ….. THREE STRIKES on our favorite brunch spot SMH

We had to wait an hour for a table, we were told 25-30 min when we arrived. Our party of 5 was given a 4 top booth with a chair at the end, which was very crowded. We ordered drinks and food, and were almost done with our food before the drinks came. Our food was very good, drinks were generous, but strong! If you like that, great, otherwise ask for a little more juice. I wouldn't get the specialty flight again, not as good as it sounds. I had the Carolina Sunrise breakfast, delicious and very filling!
