The best barbecue in town, small business with amazing folks that work there, Met the owner and didn't even realize. Please don't hesitate to give them a try before you go anywhere else! Chopped brisket, burnt ends, midnight in virginia sandwich, redemption burger... and of course praise the lard fries!
The pulled pork was very good and the Polish sausage was excellent. The potato salad was also quite good. I tried all of the sauces and they were fine. I don't love BBQ sauce (BBQ sauce is good for covering bad meat). Their meat doesn't need it.

Probably the best brisket in the city. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Pairs up perfectly with any of the homemade BBQ sauces. Unforbidden Fruit BBQ sauce sweetened with apples is unique and is definitely a prize winning sauce.Burnt Ends were also very good.
