Third time having a problem with overcooked Pizza this time I ordered a slice of sausage pizza and wings and the slice must have sent sit there since 11:00 a.m. all the manager Tina was worried about is which app I ordered it from and I would have to deal with them but I told her the restaurant should not send out burnt pizza. I'm done ✔️

Let me start by saying the food is great and recommend ordering take out or delivery as I have many times before... But I will never step foot or recommend anyone else to dine in this place. The wait time to be seated, receive menus and even get a drink ordered placed. The service and overall experience was one of the worst I've ever experienced. Forgotten items, forgotten drinks, cussing in front of children and over all lack of care. I again recommend the food but for take out or delivery only.

If you want LEGIT NY style pizza, or Authentic Italian cuisine. Capriccios is your place!! Amazing food! Friendly staff!! Why drive to NYC?? Capriccios brought it right here to Richmond!!! My go to whether I’m in the mood for eggplant parm or a large pepperoni!! Always awesome!!!
The food was AMAZING! A1 Italian food! Great customer service!!!! My oldest is extremely picky when it comes to chicken wings- he said these are the best he’s ever had; if he imagined the perfect chicken wing Capriccio’s got it!!!

Ordered 30 pizzas for Pi(e) day and had them delivered. Tina kept me posted on the delivery status and everything arrived hot and fresh! My go to for a great Pie!
