Absolute worst Chickfila location. The drive thru here is awful. There basically is no customer service. What’s the point of making a separate mobile app line when no one is there to help? I always order my food through the app, and it’s been quick and easy at other locations, but not at this place. If I ask about my order, all they tell me to do is wait, and no one seems to want to help. The food here is also awful. The food isn’t fresh at all.AVOID at all costs. It’s the closest location to my house, but I would rather drive all the way to Willow Lawn to eat.
I am not from this area, and mobile ordered while at Short Pump Town Center. After sitting with my toddlers and waiting on their kids meals, I asked the manager if they had received a mobile order. She explained kindly I may have made a mistake and ordered at the wrong location.I called the location Short Pump Crossing on 2/26/2024 at 11:05am about my 10:49am mobile order, and spoke with manager Jake who was extremely rude! He belittled me for not being more careful and was being mean over my mistake and stated how we inconvenienced his team.I apologized over and and over, and asked for a refund because it was not on purpose and a genuine mistake because the names in the app are quite similar and I’m not from the area- Jake refused to return the points I redeemed for a kids meal, and refused to issue a refund. I contacted support, and they issued a free ice cream.I don’t want an ice cream. I want a refund. I ended up purchasing meals TWICE at each location because they aren’t affiliated and also couldn’t honor the mobile order, which is fair, but for Jake to blatantly refuse a refund due to his inconvenience is asinine.

The chicken sandwich was good but lacked the crunch of the breading you usually get and the fries were cooked but were not firm they were kind d of soggy.
