This was my first bad experience at Chick-fil-A. My stepmom and I went this morning right when they opened, and we were the third people to order. She ordered a biscuit, hash browns, and water. We waited much longer than expected, and when we finally received the meal, the order was incorrect. I’ve never experienced this at Chick-fil-A before, so it was surprising. I hope they can improve their timing and order accuracy in the future.

On a road trip and we stopped in here, service was amazing.. everyone really on top of it. A little packed but plenty tables available and clean! Id reccomend stopping here for a meal.

The waffle fries were soft and barely warm, sandwiches were leaking through the inner sleeve in the box and so moist the buns were falling apart. Haven't tried Chick fil A in years. Will not try again.

They have not once gotten my order right. How do yall mess up orders so consistently. Regular nuggets instead of grilled…forgetting an entire sandwich from the order??? I’m tired of having to drive back to get it corrected.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, second to none. They make you feel like more than just a customer. A top notch experience all around!
