“I placed my order online with a 5 pm pickup on Saturday . I read the business hours wrong thought they closed at 7. I received a call at 5:15 Saturday reminding me about pickup.. It was Maxamillion yes that’s his name he was courteous, informative and listened.. I told him I was on my way I would arrive until 6:05 he said come on I got you I will be waiting and true to his word he was at the door bag on hand smiling! It meant the world to me and my husband! Thanks a million Maxamillion!“

“Amazing customer service! They were happy for me to share a family cookie recipe as I placed my order. I would have been happy with the cookie batch coming out as I've been used to over the years from family members. However I soon realized I'm dealing with a professional baker here and the cookies came out better than I ever remember them being. The taste and texture were on a higher level. I love the creative flavors and offerings this small family business provides to their cakes, cookies, and more. I'm a very happy customer and can't wait to stop in again!“

“I have been craving cake but cupcakes will do. I had the lemon cupcake, not a mini, it was good until I realized the middle was filled with something. I am a texture person so that did not go over well with me. However I would recommend this place, just keep in mind, read the signs or ask if there are fillings if you don’t like that kind of stuff. I don’t know if there was a sign that said there was filling, but I know I don’t usually ready everything when I’m browsing so this could be on me ??‍♀️. Good cozy spot, nice vibe, friendly service.“

“I’ve actually never visited this coldstone until today, despite passing it at least a billion times. My only regret is that I didn’t visit sooner. The lobby was clean with clear instructions that indicate that they are following guidelines in regard to COVID. The team member, Rhett, was very friendly. After cutting the cake, my only issue is that it seems that the cookie dough was not mixed well into the ice cream resulting in huge blocks of cookie dough in the cake, still delicious however.“
