They raised their prices by 50% AND made the cups smaller. This is supposed to be X large. After 25 years going to dunkin that's a large. Its sad how bad the greed has got. When is it going to be enough.

This bad review is solely because of the disgusting attitude when ordering from the drive thru at 10:03 am. Her response was very lazy to start with and you could tell she did not want to be at work well she starting speaking so softly that I simply said im sorry I cant hear you and even blamed it on my truck to be nice only because I know we all have bad days but then she decided it was good to get a nasty attitude and yell at me to be rude and ultimately this was bad enough for a negative review. The management at this store is good generally but he was not there Today.

There were 3 people working(2 females and 1 male). Two were running the store and one was being trained. The female that they were training was having an incredibly hard time catching on and she was not good at listening. I had to wait for 25 minutes to get 2 drinks, 2 sandwiches and a split dozen donuts. The white female on this shift was basically carrying the male worker (who seemed to have focus issues) and the training female (who just couldn't function right). The white female gave me a refund because it took so long AND I was rung up wrong and overcharged for my order as well.

I tried to give them another chance but this location is just really bad. Asked for a regular latte and they gave me iced. Then the drink was mostly ice. They cheaped out. Shop elsewhere.

Lately, Dunkin’s donuts have been disappointing. They taste more like dry pastries or sweet bagels — not like real donuts at all. I don’t understand how such a simple item can go so wrong. Their quality used to be much better — what’s going on?

Fabulous service! Who knew you could just buy one donut hole? The guys manning the counter were fun and engaging with even this smallest of transactions. Great way to make me want to come back soon. My one little donut hole was joined by another and a lot of discussion about the merits of filled donuts. Hilarious good fun - and the donut(s) were fabulous. Thanks guys!

The manager was helpful and friendly. The cashier didn't acknowledge us being there for several minutes until I said, "hello". They didn't have what we were looking for so we decided to go to another Dunkin nearby which was great and put the customers first.
