Lately, Dunkin’s donuts have been disappointing. They taste more like dry pastries or sweet bagels — not like real donuts at all. I don’t understand how such a simple item can go so wrong. Their quality used to be much better — what’s going on?

Fabulous service! Who knew you could just buy one donut hole? The guys manning the counter were fun and engaging with even this smallest of transactions. Great way to make me want to come back soon. My one little donut hole was joined by another and a lot of discussion about the merits of filled donuts. Hilarious good fun - and the donut(s) were fabulous. Thanks guys!

The manager was helpful and friendly. The cashier didn't acknowledge us being there for several minutes until I said, "hello". They didn't have what we were looking for so we decided to go to another Dunkin nearby which was great and put the customers first.

Unfortunately, I always have something wrong with my order when I come to this location but today was worse than usual :( as you can see on the receipt I ordered 2 everything bagels toasted dark with veggie cream cheese. Instead I received 2 untoasted bagel bottoms (not even 2 full bagels), with plain cream cheese. Really disappointed and really hope that this location will take the consistency issues more seriously.

Consistently inconsistent everything. Seems to be a Dunkin issue more than a location issue. Also prices are basically the same as Starbucks now, if not more. So might as well just go to Starbucks, where at least you will get what you order.
My standard order is a medium iced coffee with 3 pumps french vanilla swirl and cream. Extremely simple. In the last year, I haven't once received the correct order on the first try, and the problem always seems to be with the french vanilla. Even when I specify 3 pumps, which is the standard for a medium, I'll only get 1, or they'll give me the vanilla shot instead. They're perfectly nice about remaking it, but again it is such a simple drink order.
All that and I've been seeing flies in the donut case recently.
