I love Elephant Thai, I'm a New Yorker and I've been to some pretty high-end Thai places out on Long Island, all the food was greasy and kind of bland. not Elephant Thai, The food has so much flavor and is never greasy! this is Thai done right!
I have eaten here before and now 2 years into Covid. The food is exceptional! I have also had them cater for my job, they were very accommodating and helpful! Everyone Loved the food! This is a local business so please support them!!
