The gelato is pretty decent. I’m sure it would be exceptional with better friendly customer service. The little curly head tomboy girl has a very unwelcoming demeanor which is a major turnoff. I’m only giving 3 stars because of the gelato. If it were based on customer service this place would receive ONE start.
Very yummy ice cream. I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time I have to try very hard to not go back up to the counter to take some more home. The atmosphere is amazing and I love the vibe.
Favorite ice cream in RVA!!! Thank you for including vegan ice cream. My daughter is allergic to eggs & nuts, she can enjoy her favorite vanilla with sprinkles. My favorites are butter pecan and salted caramel 😋
