They have pretty much all dishes you can look for in a Chinese restaurant, starting with double cooked pork, beef tripes and tendons etc to dry pot and hotpot options (including seafood options). Prices might seem a bit expensive but they serve in big quantities. So if you are spending > $25 for any dish, it's very likely that two people can share it. I visited this place several times. Very fast service.
