We loved everything from beginning to end. Very friendly efficient waitress. Draft Beer and drinks were perfect. The pretzel is huge and wonderful and the beer cheese was the best I've had in this area. We tried cornbread, smoked Gouda grits and cheeseburgers. My husband said the it was the best burger he has ever had! Nightingale ice cream sandwich was unbelievably good. And the general came around to make sure everything was great and she was very nice and obviously cares about the customers. Very impressed - we will be back!

visited on (3/21/24) .We drove from Mechanicsville to check out the new place. So compared to the Ashland location, this place is nice. Our last outing to the Ashland I.T. was not too good. Huge shout out to Audrey for saving your place from an awful rating. We were seated for 30 minutes and not a single server looked at us or approached us . Mrs had to go to the front counter and ask why we're being ignored.Audrey was on it the rest of the time. She's an awesome server. You should reward her appropriately for taking care of her customers. The food was on point and Damian Allen was the perfect entertainment. I would return to see him again.

Had my first experience at industrial tap house west today and it was a hit! The best part of our experience was our server Nicole! She gave myself and my partner awesome suggestions. I got the industrial Benny and the bacon Bloody Mary was AMAZING. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu given the place just opened! Loved the food but will most definitely be back for Nicole’s awesome service and hospitality!

Went for a late lunch/early dinner on Sunday. They were out of my favorite beer but other good choices. Food took a while to come out. It was fresh/hot. Steak kabobs were super tender but over cooked. They only have pints and 20 oz beers - would be nice to have 10 oz tulips. Interesting atmosphere.

The robust menu encouraged us to visit the Industrial Taphouse. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre and, more unfortunately, it was unbearably noisy. Even our server complained about the loudness of the noise.

Happy St. Patty's day from industrial tap house. Called in advanced and asked about green beer, they said yes we just add coloring. Get there and eat and have drinks. Looked at receipt when we got home, they charged $1.00 extra per beer for coloring. Waitress never said a word about any upcharge and we were charged for large beers on our last round of small beers. Oh, and you couldn't even hardly tell the beers had any green to them at all.
I got the cheese steak and fries and it was really good. We sat at the bar and had great service. The restaurant is really loud due to the lay out but we still had a great experience.

Absolutely delicious and great selection of beer, both times me and my wife have been here through food cane out very fast even though the place was packed with people, it was pretty noisy both times but otherwise the food and service from the mattresses have been outstanding!!

We went for lunch after church on Sunday, about 11:30. There were about three other groups in the restaurant when we got there and ended up waiting 20 minutes at the table for anybody to pay any attention to us. After we finally did get attention, I asked for a beer list and she said they didn't have one that I had to go online to get it. The instruction she gave me did not bring up the beer list, and she had to go find out how to get the beer list up. When she returned she showed me how to get the beer list up but about half of what was on the beer list was not available. We ordered lunch and it came, I got a Cuban sandwich and a bottom was soggy and runny. My wife got a wrap that actually looked pretty good. I didn't taste it.Will go back in a couple weeks and try it again, but unless it improves significantly we won't be back.
