I'm from NY an was in Richmond for my daughters college graduation after the graduation about 20 of us went to Jackies . All the food was amazing no complaints from anyone . The service was very very good . The waitress did NOT mess up anything an was very patient with the group . The prices were great. Great southern style food! Everything was freshly prepared and tasted exceptional! I highly recommend the collards and Mac and cheese as your select sides. The staff was friendly and our large party received amazing service! This hidden gem is a must try!

Went here for the first time last night and our server Liz was amazing! Gave us recommendations, told us what nights had entertainment. My husband and I loved the food..soo flavorful and tasted just like grandma was in the kitchen cooking for us!! Can't wait to go back and try other items!!
