Cashier person was extremely rude at Pilsen location. Turned me away because tables were reserved. Didn’t give me the option to order something to go. She became confrontational with me and almost pushed me out. Very disappointed. Will not go there again.

I walked into this place thinking I was about to be transported to the streets of Mexico City. Instead, it felt like the food had taken a detour through a dumpster behind a Taco Bell. Let’s start with the chips and salsa. The chips were stale enough to double as roofing material, and the salsa? I’ve had ketchup with more spice! It was basically chunky red water with a personality problem. Then came the enchiladas. I’ve seen more filling in a fortune cookie. And the “melted cheese” looked like it had given up on life. I poked it with a fork, and it stretched like it was considering making a run for it. Let’s just say, my taste buds are still waiting for that authentic flavor they promised. Now, let’s talk about the service. I asked for extra hot sauce, and they brought me something I can only describe as “a teaspoon of mild sadness.” And when I said the beans were cold, the waiter said, “They’re supposed to be room temp.” Room temp? I came here for flavor, not a science experiment. The one redeeming factor? The margaritas are stronger than my will to complain. So if you’re looking for a place to drown your food regrets in a sea of tequila with a side of lukewarm refried beans, then congratulations – you’ve found it.

The vegetarian huarache was really good: the huarache was tender, freshly made, and delicious, and the toppings were fresh and tasty. We order the fried chipotle tacos in a vegetarian version, and they weren't awesome, but it may be that they need the meat filling to be great. Overall, tasty, and would definitely go back.

Unfortunately I have to give a star but I swear I would never give it one, the food is bad! Very bad tasting, they don't have the food they offer on the menu and it is expensive for what they serve and to top it all off there are cockroaches on the table

Went looking for Birria tacos, and found them here. True authentic Mexican, friendly staff. The elote and Birria were amazing. Had to grab some snacks on the way out as well. I’ll be back! Thanks guys!

La peor pendejada que e escuchado. Ya no puedes ordenar para llevar sin antes ir a pagar para que puedan empesar tu orden. O tienes que pagar con tarjeta de debito para que puedan empesar tu orden. La neta acaban de perder un cliente yo a diario ordenava de alli dos comidas diarias. Soy invalido y pos me queda sercas., pero con esto que salieron yo no se ustedes pero yo no vuelvo prdenar de alli. Mejor ordeno de la casa del pueblo alli no tienen requisitos hasta pa servirle a uno, como si la comida estubiera tan buena “pinches tacos de a mordida y a $3.25c/u y pagados por adelantado. Todavia ven que ahorita no hay negocio en ningun lado y ellos poniendose sus moños

If u can avoid this place do it for the love of god do it go else we’re I went and got food poisoning from the menudo the other person that was with me had there food come out cold only to send it back and come back even worst u can clearly tell it’s all re heated meat called the managers for over a week to at least make them aware of what was going on and was told by a lady that said she was an owner that it was our fault for not making sure of what we were eating if we couldn’t handle it and was told if I went there to complain I would be thrown in jail take your money else were
