I've been wanting to try this place since construction started, and it met every expectation and then some! The wife (a picky eater) and I tried it on a Friday, and it was so good she had to have it again by Monday. The atmosphere and service were top-notch. I tried some foods I never had before and I just didn't care for them, like the baby octopus and the chicken foot. My friend told me afterwards you don't actually eat the whole chicken foot just part of it. It was very crunchy. I tried one of the sauce recipes and didn't care for that either. It was a new experience and I'm glad I tried it but it's just not my type of cuisine.

Had a great family dinner at the HotSpot 757. It was a very diffirent and unique way to spend a special night. The restaurant offers two ways to cook your food. One is using a hot plate to boil soup that you add a variety of different meats, vegetables and dumplings. The type of soup I ordered was Chinese Szechuan.
