Had a great family dinner at the HotSpot 757. It was a very diffirent and unique way to spend a special night. The restaurant offers two ways to cook your food. One is using a hot plate to boil soup that you add a variety of different meats, vegetables and dumplings. The type of soup I ordered was Chinese Szechuan. Although it tasted awesome it was really hot. I’ve been eating Szechuan for years and never experienced a hot version like this one. You can also cook raw meat to you choosing on the center piece table grill. I ordered the spicy pork and beef and both were delicious. There is also fresh fruit and different sauces located in the center of the restaurant for you to enjoy.

I've been wanting to try this place since construction started, and it met every expectation and then some! The wife (a picky eater) and I tried it on a Friday, and it was so good she had to have it again by Monday. Everything we tried was amazing, and I especially recommend the spicy beef bulgogi and the steak in house sauce for the Korean BBQ. The beef butter broth is great with everything as well. Not only is the food good, but so was the service. Both visits, the staff were friendly, attentive, and service is always fast. The prices while not cheap, are very reasonable for what is included. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Caution to anyone going late - I showed up at 9:00pm and the door was locked. There were cars everywhere and they didn't even bother to put a sign out saying they weren't serving anyone else. It does say 10pm on the door...

The atmosphere and service were top-notch. I tried some foods I never had before and I just didn't care for them, like the baby octopus and the chicken foot. My friend told me afterwards you don't actually eat the whole chicken foot just part of it. It was very crunchy. I tried one of the sauce recipes and didn't care for that either. It was a new experience and I'm glad I tried it but it's just not my type of cuisine.

I would give the service six stars if I could. My server, Ahmed, was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. When it comes to a restaurant like this, there are bound to be plenty of people who don't understand the experience. This gentleman, with a smile on his face, explained how this business worked without a touch of condescension or belittlement. I'm at made me feel appreciated and welcomed.

If you get the absolute PLEASURE of having Kelly as your waitress, you will enjoy yourself thoroughly! Great food and atmosphere especially for the price but Kelly really is the bones of this place in my opinion. Every time I come I hope she is working, absolute delight!

Great place for food and service. Nice service with great customer service. Food is exceptional, food bar is clean. Bathrooms are clean and smelling good. Only problem is toilets are really low. LOL Almost had to call for help to get out of the stall. But over all the Hot Pot was a great experience with a wonderful service and outstanding food. The great receipts at the sauce bar are a great way to be adventurous if you dare for exciting experience. A great place to enjoy and have a wonderful time.
