“Had a great family dinner at the HotSpot 757. It was a very diffirent and unique way to spend a special night. The restaurant offers two ways to cook your food. One is using a hot plate to boil soup that you add a variety of different meats, vegetables and dumplings. The type of soup I ordered was Chinese Szechuan. Although it tasted awesome it was really hot. I’ve been eating Szechuan for years and never experienced a hot version like this one. You can also cook raw meat to you choosing on the center piece table grill. I ordered the spicy pork and beef and both were delicious. There is also fresh fruit and different sauces located in the center of the restaurant for you to enjoy.“

This place is a gem here in Richmond area and I’m so thankful we stopped in one day to give it a try. The food is flavorful and the selection of ingredients is unmatched! “ONLY authentic Chinese place in the Richmond neighborhood. They have pretty much all dishes you can look for in a Chinese restaurant, starting with double cooked pork, beef tripes and tendons etc to dry pot and hotpot options (including seafood options). Prices might seem a bit expensive but they serve in big quantities. So if you are spending > $25 for any dish, it's very likely that two people can share it. I visited this place several times. Very fast service.
