Place a large order one day prior with a pickup time specified, 12 pizzas and a couple of large salads, easy ordering process, in and out in a few minutes. Next day the order was ready at pickup time, pizzas were warm and very good. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

Ordered bbq bone in wings and a canzone. Both were fresh. The wings did have a lot of BBQ sauce which some might not like.. I just wiped it off. The Greek salad was also very good! Thanks!!

Dropped by for takeaway pizza, and the mixed option (half and half with different toppings) was a great solution for everyone's taste :) Very nice young man working there I wish him the best of luck, it is great to see such toung snd hard-working, customer-service oriented and well-mannered employees, speaks of the mamagement as well (I hope). 3⭐️ for armosphere just because it is not a venue for atmosphere since you can sit and wait on a couple of benches and that is it, so more of an observation than a criticism. Had food delivered to my hotel room so I can't rate the service or atmosphere at this time. The food however was absolutely delicious.. Thin crust pizza I had was amazing and filling and the boneless garlic Parmesan wings was super tasty. Money well spent.. I will have to try dining in restaurant sometime so if anyone has feedback on that, please sh are and share alike.😁

Marcos pizza is always pretty good, but this specific location seems to never put the crust toppers on. Every time we order a pizza with the garlic and romesan crust toppers, the crust ends up with no flavor. It's a consistent issue because we live nearby and never get the crust flavor we ordered.

Stopped here today on the way back from Richmond International Airport, And I ate some pizza from here and it tasted a bit funny and made me sick so I won’t be eating here again after eating my food from here today.

I ordered curbside pickup and pulled in to the designated spot. Order was set to be done at 9:16. I’m writing this at 9:41 I observed a member of staff playing in their hair, while another grinned and swept the floor peeping out the window at me as I waited to retrieve my order from them that was already done. I’ve had a great experience with this location until today. Usually,I pull in to the designated spot and someone always comes right out to greet me with my order. I assume the staff is new because I’ve never seen them before. This will be last time coming here. Hopefully, new staff is brought on board that is eager to work and fulfill curbside requests . I ended up getting a refund and going to the VCC location and received exceptional service from an employee named Derek who was working alone at the time when I picked my order up and still provided fast, speedy service with a smile on his face. Very polite young man.

Had a dancing child that we are trying to potty train. I picked up a large pizza and was a paying customer. I asked to use the restroom and she said it wasn’t open to the public, I had a pizza in hand and asked even if you’re a paying customer??? She said no. With a child begging in hand. Awful customer service.

Regular chain pizza place, uniqueness compared to other chains besides dominos is you can get your crust flavored with Parmesan Romano or garlic. Order when they have sales or go online for coupons. Also I think they must add something else to their mozzarella mix on the pizza definitely has more flavor than other pizza cheeses.

I came in at about 6:45 to pick up an order and a young man wearing a hoody and hat greeted me and asked what I was waiting for and told me about 5-7 minutes. Which is fine. There is a young lady working there at the time of the review 4/1 & 6:45pm who has very poor customer service skills. Once the young man went somewhere to take care of something she didn’t greet any of us who were waiting and asked what/who we were waiting on as we all sat there. Once I got up to see if it was an order that I was waiting on had been ready, and confirmed it was, I tried to get her attention to inform her and she barely acknowledge me and told me to wait. In customer service, if you have 3 guests that are waiting and don’t know whose order of those people are now ready, you ask them so they don’t wait there unnecessarily. A colleague of hers stepped in and handed me the food. I’ve been here many times and this was the worst experience I’ve had and I’ve been there quite a few times. She is African american, about 5 ft tall, and she had very long braids in her hair. If I ever go there again I will get her name.
Now that I know that no gloves are being worn during prep I will not be eating here ANYMORE!! With all the germs goin around why not wear gloves & no I don’t care if you wash your hands.. just NASTY YALL BE CAREFUL EATING HERE
