I got take out here on a good ubereats deal. It had a mexican dive bar feel to the place and exceptionally good food. I had the pupas and pollo a la plancha and was blown away by great flavor and ended up eating way more than i meant to. They were both reasonably priced and the quickness with which i was able to pick up my order was also very nice.
Only been here once so far but definitely willing to come back! The building and the interiors look sketchy, but the food was amazing! I got the carnitas and it was very delicious. Glad to have found this hole-in-the-wall place!
Our visit was a mixed bag. The service and the food was good. The interior was clean but it is showing its age and the benches in the booth where we sat were not very comfortable. A friend's criterion for judging the authenticity of the food at an ethnic restaurant is the percent of those eating there that appear to be of the nationality of the restaurant. This restaurant clearly would get a 5 rating on this criterion.
