Atmosphere was great. I had a generous cheese steak with fries. Very well made. Gave extra fries and ketchup.

I went to get a classic Italian sub with everything on there but tomatoes. I got home the sandwich look greasy, oily, heavy mayo and barely any meat. It tasted absolutely disgusting. I got back in my car and went back. I advise I am not satisfied with this sub and the white guy proceeds to say well we don’t do refunds. He didn’t offer any type of customer device and I said well remake the sandwich. I prob won’t visit this location again. Something about the food isn’t right.

Ordered a salad sub. Turkey Bacon Ranch. There may have been 1/2 a serving of turkey and 1/4 piece of bacon. The dressing spilled all over the bag. Might want to consider putting the dressing inside the salad container.

Steak and cheese was unseasoned....got two 9inch loaded....Sub bread was decent...VERY little flavor; fries were not crispy.... really wanted sub to be better. Maybe next time.

This is hands down my go to sub spot. The Philly cheesesteak is the best in Richmond. I usually opt for the chicken or steak Philly with lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, onions, Mayo, and cheese. I add a side of malt vinegar because why not.. The combination of their homemade sub rolls, seasoned meat, cheese and toppings are delectable. They also have fresh cut French fries and freshly squeezed lemonade. There is usually a 10-15 min wait time on the subs because they are toasted. There is indoor seating to wait while your food is prepared.

The fries were great but I was not feeling my sub. I think I’ll try a different location if I in the mood again.

Ordered online, as soon as I was done eating, instantly got sick. I heard from friends the food is good but you'll be sick, and sure enough I was. Don't get me wrong, good tasting food. But not work the possibility of getting sick.

I have been to Penn Station many times. This Penn Station put a new perspective on a steak and cheese. Best steak and cheese that I ever had!!! Also, it was the first time I had someone at Penn Station to go around and ask how is everything. Top Shelf!

Had a very great lunch here yesterday. The food was amazing and reasonable priced, staff was knowledgeable and helpful and great atmosphere. They even gave us a free amazing fresh baked chocolate chip cookie and we got an extra one shhh. I would recommend Penn Station if you enjoy good subs and friendly employees.

It's not bad, but I wouldn't go as far as good. Fries were on point.

This place was a disappointment. The subs were nothing great. The fries were so greasy. Tea was made, so I had to wait. The basket my sandwich arrived in was sticky and dirty. Some guy hanging out, talking really loud to his girlfriend who was making my sandwich. It was annoying. I won't be going back.
