Overall the feeling was meh. Not great not bad just okay. The food was good. The service was spotty. Not a specific server assigned to us. The restaurant was lit up like Sam's club. Ambiance is important to me . When I know we're going to spend close to $100 on a seafood dinner, I expect better.

Service was excellent. Very clean welcoming restaurant. Went on Monday night to celebrate friends birthday. Seafood bag was very bland and had minimal sauage. Requested extra old bay to get it together. Calamari was delicious a touch salty but really good.

The food was excellent! I literally ordered my food on a Sunday during brunch and it came out four minutes later! I ended up getting the raspberry lemon drop and that was so good and so cute. The way the bartender made it. When I got there, there were about six other tables that were full, but there was literally no weight. The waitress was also very friendly, and they came around to make sure we were OK every 10 minutes or so which I thought was great. They also told me that on Sundays they have happy hour all day so the drinks ended up being five dollars and then the other drinks on the other side of the menu were four dollars off.

Brought my 82 yo dad here for lunch. The service was just as good as the food was delicious. Seafood was cooked and seasoned to perfection.

The decor was modern and upscale, a little nicer than most crab boil places. I went with a friend and we tried fried oysters with hush puppies for an appetizer and then each got crab boils. The oysters were very small and breaded more heavily than I like. Both of us are oyster lovers and not that impressed with them. Also, we were given these very small chintzy looking paper (saucer size) paper plates to eat from. This seemed to clash with the upscale vibe of the decor. I got the garlic butter flavor with my boil. The flavor was good, better than at some boil places. But we were given nothing to crack the crab legs open. After flagging down the waitress, she brought the two of us one small cracker. She said people had been taking them and that's all they had, yet everyone in the place was being served crab legs. She said they had ordered more. So they were serving crab legs without the tools for cracking them open. If it had been my restaurant, I would have driven somewhere and gotten some before serving crab legs, not telling people they had been ordered. Overall the boil was very good, but it was pricey, and the utensils and serving plates definitely were subpar and were anything but upscale. When you pay that price, you expect a decent plate and a way to crack open the crab you order. I took most of it home where I had the tools to get the meat out of the crab.

Takeout Order: Combo B: Shrimp(head-off) Add rice and sausage. Got the P Boil Special sauce Spicy. The spicy level was right on point but outside of that the flavor of the sauce was water down and bland. Crabs where a bit overcooked meat was hard to get out of the shells. Maybe different for dine in. Overall not that impressed may try again but dine in this time.

Waitress had an attitude the whole time and the food came out cold. Overall horrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere .
It's about time for real Cajun Seafood. Yow!! Everything looks great but haven't any room in my belly. One plate and I'm full for rest of day.

Listen!!! The customer service was Amazing. Niecy made some bomb ? drinks!! She has tons of experience. Our waitress Latoya was on point, an was the life of the party. She referred my friend an I to some food and drink specials. There manager "Layla " came out an made adjustments to accommodate me ... Amazing work from all parties. Great food , great service. I am extremely excited an full !!! I would recommend friends, family, others etc. Thank u for such a great place an wonderful people ?!

I came here with 3 of my friends since we were craving seafood boil and this place did not disappoint. We got seated immediately and ordered the Feast combo (perfect amount for 4 people in my opinion). The sauce here is sososo good and they really don't slack with the potatoes and corn. I will say that the crab legs were a little soft. Not rotten but prepared wrong? We weren't able to crack any of them open since they were gummy. It was also a little hard to wave down a server since the place is so big and they only had 3 ppl working the entire place including the bar but not uncommon in new establishments. Overall, I will definitely be down to come back and try this place again when I visit richmond
