Ronnie’s offered high quality service and great food at an affordable price. We got lucky to come here on Sunday when their amazing Mac n cheese was available. Our group all got the brisket box with combinations of Mac, collards, string beans and coleslaw and were happy with all of them. Two of us got the honey cornbread which was a highlight. Will definitely be coming back here again!
I can’t actually testify to the food but I can for the owners/people who work there. They recently dined out for a holiday dinner and left me an insane tip, beyond gracious, so kind. Apparently it is their holiday tradition to perform a random act of kindness at a local restaurant. The group had great energy, great manners, were having fun, playing games, looked like they were having the most fun in the restaurant. People like this definitely need to be supported. I can’t...
I don’t know what was going on today but the food was not hitting at ALL. The ribs were dry as hell. One order of collard greens was hot and nasty, like they just rushed them. The other greens were okay, but nothing special. The fish was actually good, I’ll give credit where it’s due. But that mac & cheese? I’m gonna be real… it had flavor, but it tasted like straight pepper and grease. Like pepper oil with noodles. And don’t let me get started on the potato salad...
