Came in today and had the pleasure of having Pam take care of my family’s order. There were 7 of us with about 10 other people dining inside and she was the only worker. She did an exceptional job cooking, cashiering, and fulfilling ice cream orders. As overwhelmed as she must have been feeling she didn’t allow that to lower her standards of customer service. She kept a smile and didn’t cut any corners. The big scoop is lucky to have her on board.
We went there for ice cream and I was amazed! The staff were friendly and prompt to help. The ice cream was delicious and they serve big servings. I would recommend this place! Great experience!
Good ice cream , the only place in town that carries non sugar aded ice cream, the only problem is there never open , and when they are there’s only one person attending and takes to long 15/20 minutes at the list for service.
