Had a really wonderful experience at lunchtime at West Coast Provisions. Our server, Rachel, was great. Friendly, personable, caring, attentive, and competent. We were given as much time as we wanted to visit with old friends. While it was frigid outside, inside the restaurant it was warm and cozy. Our friend said his burger was probably the best he'd had and I thought the miso soup was spectacular. Just right on a cold day. No reservations in highly recommending West Coast.
Being unfamiliar with Short Pump, VA, I didn't know what to expect apart from the good reviews on Google Maps. I was not disappointed. The restaurant is clean, well-lighted as if to demonstrate that but not garishly so. The décor includes large windows on the corner of a building. Every time I visit Virginia, I make it a point to stop at West Coast Provisions. The food is delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and never disappoints. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal.
