“Tasty salsa and chips. Arrive was prompt and establishment was clean and well cared for. It was a little pricey for what I got but it was well cooked and somewhat flavorful. The chicken soup had raw onions in it which I thought was odd but maybe that’s just me. Nothing to write home about but a solid experience overall.“

I want to thank them for taking my mammal allergy seriously. They have never given me issues with it, and have never treated me less than.

When it comes to the food however, It could use a little more love and inspiration. My go to is the ACP. The chicken is good, and the cheese is good. The rice feels like it has sat under a heat lamp for hours. This has been consistent in my three times coming.

Staff have always been friendly, but they dont hover over you either. Which is perfect for someone like me.

When I put this restaurant against others in the area, the only thing lacking is the fresh food. So I'd almost call this place more of like a Fast food Mexican. Because like I mentioned before for the rice, I feel like most of the food is under some kind of warmer, with only the meat and some veggies being cooked to order.

There is one hold out to the fast food mexican vibe....

I was told they are getting new menus and I am eager to see it. I know some friends who know one of their "secret menu" items. I LOVED the Ceviche they have, and hope that the menus come soon so I can see the other new items they will be having.“

“I will not spend another dime in this place.The manager had an attitude. We as a party of 8 were about to spend over $100. The management got pissy because my kids brought food in with them and didn't want to eat from the menu. All because the owner is greedy. We went to a better restaurant who didn't care if we brought outside food in.“

“This is for Collinsville VA taco bell. I pulled into the drive-thru order 30 minutes before close ( I just finished my shift as well). Considering that it was late and they were probably trying to close, they were still friendly and quick on filling the order. The food was correct, and I will remark that it did taste better than usual. The crunchwrap I ordered was not falling apart, and the burrito wasn't soggy. My only regret is that I felt bad for doing anything retail or restaurant based when they were trying to close, but the attitude of the crew still made me feel welcome.“

“My experience in the beginning I thought would be less than enjoyable. My son door dashed some food which was I believe some sort of “box”. When the door dash driver arrived and delivered, there was nothing but his drink and a taco that he didn’t order. They missed almost his entire order. My son called door dash and I called Taco Bell on Liberty St. First, there was a smarty lil girl that answered and after I asked to speak to the manager, she stated “he’s only going to tell you the same thing” HA! I’m not one to usually complain if I’m missing one or two items but this was almost his whole order. General Manager Dominque Carter? I believe was his name, was AMAZING! He was more than happy to fulfil my order that my son did not receive. No questions asked. He was the true definition of a General Manager. Thank you Dominique for being understanding, patient and accommodating. Will def come back only due to him!“
