“My first time there with my granddaughter for her 16th birthday coming up this week! We had 6 people & a 20 month old. They gave us back room, & it was wonderful! Waitress was so personable; best mild sauce I have ever eaten, & their prices were more reasonable than other Mexican restaurants! (and I eat Mexican quite a bit) Emma, our birthday girl, was given fried ice cream! & sang to with tambourine & guitar. Yummy! And eventhough I live about 45 minutes away will go back. So much fun & ? enjoyment!“
“We’ve been eating the Taco Bell breakfast boxes for about 3-4 days while traveling because it’s the cheapest option that fills us up.The morning of February 8th I’m not sure who was working but they really surprised us! Service was fast and polite and then when we ate the food it was actually really good! The hash brown in the crunch wrap was actually crunchy instead of mush like we’ve had the last few places. The food was HOT. There was some kind of creamy salsa in the crunch wrap that we haven’t had in it before which was so good! And they gave us breakfast salsa without asking (we didn’t even know this was an option since we don’t eat out normally).I have zero expectations for fast food but this was so shockingly enjoyable!“
“I knew when I drove by this place on my way back home I knew it was going to be good. If you like to pick up healthy options while you're traveling, this is a place you can come. Ordered the chicken Chipotle salad, Pollo taco, side of broccoli and pineapple water and it was amazing.Vegetarian options: Broccoli“
“Great location and convenient to Benton Convention Center and nearby Marriott and Embassy Suites. Food was excellent. No natural light penetrates indoors so you feel like you’ve entered a cave or perhaps a Mayan temple? Hmmm. The low, black painted ceiling and dark furniture contributes to the cavernous atmosphere but it didn’t deter from the great food.“
“My opinion of the cilantro truck is that the food is delicious and has a very good flavor, the friendliness and charisma is incredible. God bless this business always ❤️Parking: Ample parking I like it because they serve you quickly and your food is fresh of the day“
“Pancho Villa was the best Mexican restaurant I've ever eaten at. The service is 5 star, the food 5 star and the atmosphere was 5 star. Food took no time to get to our table and was delicious. They even offer lunch specials on Saturdays! If you are in the mood for Mexican cuisine and want an experience that will exceed all expectations, please visit Pancho Villa. You will not be disappointed.“
“Loved the food I tried Sopes with carne asada they were perfectly cooked. Also tried a birria quesadilla and man was it delicious, the tortilla was homemade I likedit some much I got two full orders to go. My f friends of husband also tried the Carne Asada and he said it was really good better than the usual Mexican restaurant him and his wife is visit. The inside of the restaurant is cozy the time of day we went. If you’re reading this review and wondering if you should go do it you won’t regret.“
“There are so many 5-star reviews for this food truck that I had to try it. We got take-home dinner after bringing my granddaughters for an afternoon at Hanes Park. My daughter got the birria tacos and concurred with all the reviews. She said they were the best birria tacos she ever had. I had chicken quesadilla, which was served with a healthy portion of delicious yellow rice. The quesadilla was improved by avocado slices I requested on the side. Guacamole would have been even better, but they don't serve it. I also enjoyed a large cup of delicious horchata while waiting for the food to be ready. My 13-year-old granddaughter had a chicken wrap, half of which she ate with relish. Then she irritated her little sister by stealing the fries that came with the little one's burger, a burger nearly the size of the 6-year-old's head. Everything was extremely tasty. The portions are generous, the server was friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I cannot give them 5 stars, though. We had to wait a while for the food, and this truck that produces the great food sits in the very seedy parking lot of a gas station. So go and pick up a wonderful dinner for the family, but don't be expecting a 5-star dining experience.“
“I love the food from this trailer, they have an undoubted flavor of ✨️Mexico✨️They usually serve very coarse dishes (but only when the owner is serving ?☝?) still, highly recommended. Besides, it doesn't take them that long to give you your order;)“
“I made it a point today to seek out this small, hole-in-the-wall taqueria. It's located in a small, very worn strip center, fronted by an Exxon convenience store. The interior is a narrow, rectangular shape with 6 or so booths available for dining in, and though worn and dated, the area is bright and clean. You order at the register, which I did, and my order was quickly taken, efficiently & with a smile. My order consistently of Chorizo Tacos (4) , a single Sope with carnitas as the meat of choice, and an order of Cheese and Pork Pupusas, which comes with a side of spicy slaw! This was plenty of food, at least half of which would travel home with me. And included with my order was a nice quantity of chicarrones de harina (a pinwheel shaped, puffed wheat, very popular, Mexican street snack) along with a small container of the house salsa. These wheat puffs are easy to make, not especially labor intensive, so I assume they, liked everything else, were made in house. I had this many times from street vendors in several different open air markets in Mexico City. These from this restaurant are nice and crunchy, but a bit under seasoned - missing was a healthy dash of saltiness! But dipping them in the provided salsa made them a moot point - this salsa is smoking. and you may, as well! The Sope was layered with a plentiful amount of fork tender, shredded carnitas, and though the traditional outside crust was absent, this was a righteous item. The Chorizo Tacos were equally good with plenty of fresh tasting , ground sausage topped with chopped onion and cilantro, with fresh sliced radish and lime wedges providing additional flavor and texture. Only one tortilla per taco is used here, so there will be more than a little spillage - napkin up for sure! The Cheese and Pork Pupusas were hearty & well grilled, but a bit bland on their own - that's where the spicy slaw and salsa come to the rescue. Excellent food, great service, and nice value - hard to see a reason not to seek this local spot out. Ambiance - 2 Food - 4.5 Service - 4.5 Value - 4.5“
“Second visit to this establishment. Both times had good food and very attentive staff who were very friendly and courteous! The place is crowded for a reason.Clean, quick and good, with lots of food options to choose from. Highly recommend coming here for your Mexican eats.“
“This is a buffet style restaurantWhere you order the food in bulk. This is not an eat-in establishment. You order by the pound. Everything is made fresh. You can see them preparing their tortillas. The prices are reasonable and the food is real authentic Mexican cuisines. This is the place go if you want feed a family or 5+ people. Highly recommend!“
“First of all... the people who are serving are so kind and sweet. It feels like you've gone over to a friend's house. The food was delicious and care was taken in the presentation. I love it here and look forward to coming back. The flan is must!!!“
“Labor has Flavor! We stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. My companion usually gets a taco salad in a fried tortilla and was disappointed at the size but immediately impressed by the taste and layers compared to his usual place. I tried the Cuban bowl as I wanted gluten and dairy free, and the beef was tender with milder spice than the chicken. A cooked plantain split the meat from two kinds of rice with some black beans nested above the plantain.A trip to the Salsa bar had me trying Green Monster and Pineapple Habanero; the pineapple won me over and made me sweat.Dietary restrictions: The menu does list the items that can be Vegetarian, Dairy Free or Gluten-free. That brings choices down but still more than two.“
“Back on this side of town again, so I decided to try this taco spot. This is a small place but the rather plain seating seems adequate. The interior is clean and colorful.I chose to try the Chorizo Tacos. They were busy, even before 11AM and it took over 20 minutes to get my order. This little spot was busy and noisy, not a relaxing wait for my food choice - much different than the atmosphere at it's down the street neighbor, El Rancho! Don't think I would choose to dine in here when busy. Now to the food - these Chorizo Tacos were outstanding, layers of deep flavor taken even higher by the sauces that accompanied them. The red pepper sauce will get your attention and hold it! The Verde sauce is milder for sure but has the required tartness. The tacos cost $2.44 each and the 12oz can of Coke was $1.25 - rather inexpensive quick lunch! This is yet another taqueria in the area that I'll revisit - for the Menudo, Carnitas, and the Birria Tacos for sure.“
“In La Tili there is very good food, you can find the best tacos, broths, and handmade tortillas. The bread is delicious, I'm going to keep going, and I honestly would recommend it. The attention of the waitresses is excellent, I have no complaints, that's why I gave them 5 stars, keep going and God bless you!?“
“(Translated by Google) At last! A place with authentic Mexican food. We ordered Tacos, Sopes and our favorite Huarache. This is the fourth time we have eaten here, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. Highly recommended.(Original)Por fin! Un lugar con comida auténtica de Mexico. Ordenamos Tacos, Sopes y nuestro favorito Huarache. Es la cuarta vez que comimos aquí, y la comida siempre está fresca y con buen sazón. Altamente recomendado.“
“The food delicious! ASAP you should come back! Mexicanos will love the Best taco place in history!!!!! Especially the nachos!Kid-friendliness: Sòooooooo kid friendly! 1 child and he wanted to come back so bad. He even hugged one of the waiters!“
“Great Authentic Mexican food. Steak and Chicken Sopes are better than anywhere else around here! The owner and employees have been there a long time and are really great, pleasant people! When I’m in town I go there at least 2/3 times a week. Steak tacos are some of the best around also! Keep up the Great work!“
“I work locally in the area and always went to the "other" Mexican restaurant. A co-worker and myself wanted to try something different and found this spot. The first thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant and store are. We ordered several different options to try and were extremely impressed with all of them! I highly recommend the sopas and obviously the tacos. The chorizo is great! Needless to say, this is now our new spot for Mexican food!“
“Came by to check it out, as my niece recommended the place... I was not disappointed!!! The meat department has some of the freshest meats, and great for a "Carne Ranchera Day". We will continue to purchase from this location, and have referred several friends and family, when they feel like making some good and authentic Mexican meals.“
“I have driven by this place for years and never stopped by. Today, that all changed. My wife and I stopped here for a later lunch, but they were hopping. I ordered the Tacos al Pastor and my wife had the carne asada quesadillas. Both were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!“
“We LOVE Mi Pueblo on Stratford Rd! Our company has been having group meetings there every first Saturday monthly since January 2023. The Manager, Angel, is accommodating, friendly and professional. Erin, our number one waitress, is exceptional. She is efficient, professional, and super friendly. On top of amazing management and service, the food is always delicious. Great location, staff, food, and meeting room. Like I said, we LOVE Mi Pueblo.“
“The food is very delicious. But holy moly the prices are a bit of a stretch. 5$ for a large glass of horchata, that kind of tastes like Klass mix. If you know you know. 12$ for a torta Cubano and not sure how much the tacos de lengua cost. But for 2 of us w/1 small horchata and 1 large horchata. Plus those two meals, it came up to 45$ before tip. A lil pricey for these dishes imo. Just because I’m a gringo doesn’t mean I know that’s steep in regards to how much the ingredients truly costs. I will say I do love their hot sauce combos, and so this guero is definitely gonna be back, I’m just gonna bring my own horchata this time.“
“Really great restaurant. We came after visiting the Kalaideum. They have a great deal for kids eat free. We have a part of 12 and they were very accommodating. Professional and cleaned up immediately when our children made a mess of the place. Can't recommend enough. Our family will return.“
“One more of those one time visits for me never again, how hard is it to make a taco and a torta , ya'll ain't missing anything here I found out can't find a good taco place in Winston anymore , if ya'll have a spot let me know I'll try it " one time ".“
“Excellent food, great selection, clean restaurant, nice staff, great value & the portions are large. Definitely get you're money's worth @ the Ranch o. I Just wish they would open one in Greensboro. Anytime I'm working in Winston I will try to have lunch there.“
“Love this place! Our go-to when we don't know what to do for lunch or dinner. Always delicious, fresh, generous portions, fast service and super friendly staff. We used to live by the Country Club location in Winston Salem and they were fantastic as well. We are so thrilled there is a location here in Walkertown as well!! Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian portions are huge and filling! Just as delicious and well prepared as meat options.“
