Coming from Miami, along with two friends coming from out west. I love good pho, a pho conissoiuer if you will. Convinced my friends to go here instead of chipotle. Everyone loved the food. The broth if you know is what makes or breaks a pho place. The pho was perfect, savory, you don't need to add anything to it, I broke a sweat eating it, not even using jalapenos 😅. Under new ownership and absolutely thriving! The new owner (Wilson) have done an amazing job revamping the menu with truly authentic Vietnamese flavors. The spring rolls were perfectly crunchy, and the vermicelli bowls were packed with fresh herbs and beautifully grilled lemongrass pork.
