It's located off of busy maple ave. But they have their own parking lot. Rava masala dosa and chole bhature and my go to dishes, the best! Highly recommend it

NOTE OF CAUTION: Name of restaurant is "Aditi's Kitchen" and if you don't know that Google will take you to Maple Avenue in Vienna!! Really a safe go-to for good South Indian food. Ordered carry out of their yummy Rava Masala dosas and all items worth a review - ie the food, packaging, and schedule - were flawless. Not fancy dining, and while I won't say it's the best I've ever eaten but their sambhar comes pretty close to it. You can't go wrong here to satisfy your South Indian food cravings :)

Doesn't look like much when you pass through but this place has delicious South Indian food. Perfect for a Sunday brunch. The taste doesn't compare to restaurants back in India so I'm comparing the taste just with what you get here in the US. They're a completely vegetarian restaurant without booze. They've no table service ie self service in ordering and picking up the food.(they call our your order number). I've tasted the below dishes and all were tasty. Masala dosa Chhole bhature Uttapam Idli sambhar Chhole roti(if you find the bhature too oily) Mango lassi No issues with parking, they've a parking lot of their own. They've opened a few franchises, I've only been to thier orignal location at Vienna.

We used to go to Amma's kitchen frequently and enjoy the food. It was shut down recently for renovation and now the name is changed to Aditi Kitchen but while Amma's kitchen used to serve pure vegetarian items, the Aditi one started serving non veg too. Being vegetarians, we are kind of upset and disappointed and never go to this place again.

20+ years when we moved to Virginia there weren't many choices of South Indian food. Wish I had a retro pic. The food has over the years gone through up and down.. Our recent visit Dosa and chutneys were delicious but Sambhar (Daal) was okay. I wish they would update the place to give a fresh look. There are other competitors but I feel all of them have short comings. We will keep visiting with a hope they will improve.

We came here seeing it is open in Google and after coming here it is closed! Update it on google! How else can we find good restaurants! We came from really far and this is not the way it has to be maintained.

We had ordered food for family and took it home. I had ordered onion Uthappam and found it not good. Onion uthappam was thin like a dosa, and was not soft at all, as it is supposed to be. Sambhar was so hot and not as expected.

I tried 2 things veg samosas and tamarind rice. Samosas are ok but for the price they are good but the tamarind rice is bad. Way too much of masalas.

Best place for quick meal options and the Name of the restaurant is purely justified, it’s not exaggeration. Made an online order with the restaurant & requested for a customization due to health reason, staff accepted the request & served accordingly. Will definitely recommend this place for their quality & service.
Disgusting Food. We were very disappointment with the quality and taste of the food from Herndon location. I never had such low quality and tasteless Sambar, Dosa , and Cholle. Potatos in Dosa were bulky and tasteless, it should be properly mashed. Sambar - uncooked lentil and tasteless.They lost their quality. owners need to rethink and work on taste and quality.
