The picture on Uber Eats clearly shows that it comes with ranch. I ordered the exact thing pictured, the food came as pictured, minus all 4 ranches…
The food does look significantly worse than BWWs has been in the past, maybe it’s just been too long since I had it. The fries were seasoned so that’s a plus.
Can’t ever give me the sauce I paid for nor do they have drinks always messing up my order the food grate when you can get it right

Went in this evening to order dinner, I ordered two all American cheeseburger combos at 6:55pm. Understanding it was a little busy with pickup orders we patiently waited but after 45 minutes we asked how much longer. The girl didn’t even realize our burgers were done and sitting on the counter for the past 20 minutes, she hadn’t cooked the fries. So we waited and when the fries were done she realized she only had cooked enough for one order! Needless to say an hour later we had cold burgers and two fries. An of course no manager to speak to! VERY disappointed

I ordered takeout. The new flavor, honey garlic, was excellent. The potato wedges are good. Normal. There was a buy one get one 50% off, so prices were good. Without that special, prices are fair and normal. There's a screen that displays whose orders are ready. Pick up was pretty organized. I arrived at the estimated time it would be ready, 7:30, and had to wait 3 or so more minutes for the order to be ready. I would order from here again. Though one thing to note, as the 'GO' part of the name suggests, this is only a take out place. There's no full restaurant.
