We had an excellent meal today at Charcoal Kabak! We ordered the Low Carb lamb and Kubideh Kabobs, and they were absolutely delicious. The cutest family-owned Afghan restaurant! The owners were so generous with us, the portion sizes were hearty, and the food was extremely flavorful. We ordered the Lamb Karahi and their Friday special Chicken Biryani. The spice level was perfect, and their freshly-baked bread was mouthwatering. The owners chatted with us and made us feel right at home, and it became more than a restaurant, to us. It felt like eating a meal made with love at home. Simply like a warm hug.

We had a group of 8 and where we sat in their private room... service, food and the best saffron ice cream! -- Two family platters and the best hummus... Great place! -- Hope they are there for another 30 years. Thanks for a quality meal and service!
