This is a sweet Mom and Pop takeout restaurant where you can dine in if you want. Had dinner kung pao shrimp, dee-ee-lish! Order and pickup in person based on lame reviews. Absolutely wonderfully prepared with FRESH ingredients. Best k.p. shrimp I've had so far in nova.

This is our favorite Chinese food place in Herndon and Reston! We have tried other Chinese food restaurants in the area and Chen’s is ALWAYS THE BEST! The food tastes delicious and they always make the food fresh and quickly
