Excellent pollo a la brasa, very good flavor, not just the skin, but it's been well marinated, so the whole chicken is flavorful and tender. Highly recommend trying it out. Ceviche is only on the weekends so I didn't have a chance to try it. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Good options of sides, had the pure de espinaca and it was a delicious home-made taste.
