They have a variety of ice creams but the girl at work said she cant give us a sample to taste and we don’t know how it tasted like. It ended up being a wrong combination of ice cream that we chose as we donot know what they taste like. Turned out to be a bad visit. Will look for other shops if you guys continue do this way.

We are so disappointed with the service at dessert lounge today. We asked for 2 cone ice cream and the lady working there was touching the cone with her bare hand!!! I asked her why she isn’t wearing gloves and she said they are “out of gloves”. What kind of excuse is that?? Who serves ice cream with their bare hands??? Not sanitary at all! I asked her to use napkin to hold the cone and even after that she was touching the top of the cone while adding the ice cream!We used to be regular customers at dessert lounge because we love the paan ice cream and falooda but after today, we won’t be going back! Please train your employees on basic sanitary methods!

I went there with family 3 kids and 4 of us. Aunty and young man at the counter greeted us well. It wasn’t busy at all and probably had 2-3 other customers while we spent 45 mins there on Saturday evening. Clean place. Nice art works around. Nice flavors of ice creams. A bit pricey though!

Falooda experience in Herndon. Falooda is an Indian desert with lots of sugar, milk, Indian noodles, rose water etc. Various different flavors available along with ice cream , sundaes and milk shakes. They also have chats, pani puri and other items. They could be understaffed, so it might take some time if busy.
Our go-to place for Faloodas. Other ice creams are also great! Never tried their food, but highly recommend for desserts.
