They were out of green onions for my baked potato, so they gave me an extra potato. I love their meats, and those baked potatoes with meat are excellent! Very friendly customer service!

I went in there for lunch on my break I work around the corner the pull pork sandwich was good and fries good but the customer service great!!!! Parrish amazing guy made me feel at home made me feel like im at regular neighborhood place like moe's in the Simpsons

This restaurant has a new manager and she was amazing! Really excellent thoughtful customer service. It was my family’s first time but we’ll definitely be back.

I do not typically write reviews but after eating here I had to, I’ll start by saying I work in the food industry and generally give people the benefit of the doubt because I truly do understand how stressful it can be. I ate here shortly after this location opened and honestly it was incredible. For a chain barbecue I was very, very impressed. I went back recently and the experience was the complete opposite, the restaurant was completely empty and there were 2 employees behind the counter with a horrible attitude, extremely rude and did not acknowledge us for at least 5 minutes. I had a question about a menu item and the guy behind the counter genuinely looked at me like I was stupid for not knowing the answer. I ended up getting brisket, pulled pork, and ribs, all 3 were horrible and it took them over 20 minutes to prepare it all despite the place being empty. Everything was very salty and extremely dry, I don’t have a photo but I saw a similar review where you can see how awful the brisket looks. Flavor aside everything was absolutely mangled in the box naturally with the exception of the pulled pork. It looked as if they sliced everything children’s scissors. I won’t be going back and none of you guys should eat here if you have the opportunity to read this.

TL/DR: The food and the customer service sucks, quality has gone down significantly since the location opened

I ordered Dickey's BBQ for a meeting in the office today through ezCater. I have given it two stars because the food arrived cold, the smoked chicken was hard and overcooked, the coleslaw tasted funny and the potato salad hardly had any potato!!! Terrible! Do not order from this place.

We love Dickey’s, but this location was not it. They force you to choose a tip if you are using a card. Second, they were out of ice and customer service was mid.
REPLY TO MANAGEMENT: The only option was the word “other” but the other button was not working. My husband hit the button 5 times and it did not work and so did the next gentleman in line, he stated it wouldn’t work for him either.

Spent almost 20 bucks for a small snadwhich. There was NO cheese on the sandwhich when it clearly states in the description and the picture that there should be. Meat was dry.

Rude staff. Cold food. Hair in BBQ sauce. Now I know why it's dinner time and the place is empty.

I ordered this through a meal delivery service. First I ordered sliced brisket and the receipt showed that correctly but got a plate full of chopped brisket. Additionally ordered a turkey sandwich. It was chopped turkey with almost no smoke flavor, dry, and I could taste or see any seasoning on it. The turkey wasn’t just not great it was honestly disgusting.

The service and atmosphere was fine but the brisket was severely dry and overcooked. Probably the worst looking brisket I have ever seen. Hope they can improve the quality.
