The person making the donuts was not familiar with the expansive menu (new fall flavors have arrived) and took almost 30mins to fill our order. Painfully slow. Maybe she was new, the cashier tried to help her several times but also needed to manage the register and wait on customers. This was mid-morning during the week. Maybe they need more staff. Restaurant is dirty & unappealing. Do better, DD.

Warm donuts, no warm welcome. Had to order at the kiosk because no one wanted to say hello. Another customer refused to use the kisok, walked out, and went to Bagel Cafe instead. It seems this place only gives you the time of day if you buy 4 dozen donuts for your office. Waited 10 mintues for my single donut. It was a really good fluffy cake donut.
I still remember the miniature train that would travel around the top of the store when this was a Milwaukee Custard....
