I think sometimes people expect American style service but that is not the case here. We have to be realistic about who is employed here and perhaps who owns it, so expect those standards. I agree we should be given a top notch service regardless of the fact, mainly, because we are in the USA but this establishment is not a 5 star restaurant, it has never published to be nor it is part of a multibillion chain of restaurants so expect an average customer service style.
