This tea shop was awesome! Great tea selection and the service was top notch! Really cute set up.

The Tea with Santa event was superb! We filled our month with Christmas events, but this was certainly by far our family's favorite. We plan on making the Santa experience an annual tradition in our family.

Awful. Service was awkward, the food was terrible, and tea was limited and ill prepared. We paid for a Christmas tea, yet there was only one themed tea that no one liked. Food consisted of a few prepackaged cakes and microwaved soggy quiche and croissants. Many teas were out, and we had to ask for everything, even the menus. The kids wouldn't eat anything. On a positive note, sugar cookies were cute, and Santa was kind and patient with the children.

I recently bought some sugarplum fairy tea at the tea shop. When opening it at home, my husband tried it and just fell in love. What a wonderful flavor, so bright and sunny on a cold winter day.

A friend and I came in a few weeks ago to check it out. When given tea in to-go cups, we weren't offered any sugar or cream or anything. Tea was good though..

Owner has made an effort to fix issues since our visit. I do appreciate that they listened to our feedback and explained lack of some teas was due to a recent show

Great ambiance, great price. Service was a little slow, but thats ok. We were in a small room with a door, so we had privacy, especially while a party was held. The quiche was quite good, considering I don't really like quiche. We do wish that there what finger sandwiches though to complete the full experience. The scone was a little overdone, but still tasted delicious. They were very communicative via Facebook Messenger, but email was a little slower. The information on the website was a little outdated, so they were able to provide the full menu via messenger and email. Originally we were told we only get two pots of tea for four people, but once we got there, they gave us each our own pot.I would definitely return.

Favorite Cream Earl Gray tea in town! Drive over 30 mins for it, cause it's worth it- just wish they had more savory gluten free options to eat.

A very cute, homely tea shop located in Old Towne Herndon! Lots of teas to choose from and definitely for those looking for a spot to just relax or slow down and enjoy a fresh cup of unique tea. There are often mini events happening here too, like yappy hour for dogs and live music out back! There is either parking in the front along the street and a small amount of parking in the back as well.

Great local tea shop. It's cozy, fun, and not stuffy. I've worked here on my laptop a few times and enjoyed my interactions with the staff. Although, as the name suggests the place is heavy on tea there are more than a few creative twists include "tea floats" (ice cream) something that's obvious but I hadn't seen before. For visitors do note that this is REALLY a tea shop. They don't have coffee, soda or anything else. While a few locally made pastries are for sale (a donut, I had was only okay), you're really coming here for the tea. No true kitchen. A good local hangout that adds richness and texture to Herndon.

Cute shop with really helpful staff.

Cute, cozy place. Limited seating. Could not get my chai tea brewed strong enough. Added in a tea bag from my purse. Had a duo providing music and vocal entertainment. Strawberry Muffin was great. As I was leaving, a downpour started. I should have borrowed the umbrella that was kindly offered.

I came here because I saw an Instagram post about how cute the place is. Unfortunately, on my first visit, I couldn't enjoy the interior because of a party that was being held. The second time I visited, however, it was open and you could enjoy the cute little rooms and entertainment in the dining area. I would say the main point of this place and what the business is banking on is the interior and not necessarily the food. I think the idea of afternoon tea is sold more than the actual tea itself. The tea tasted very mild and lacked the usual tea flavor I was looking for. While it wasn't terrible, it definitely doesn't beat the tea quality in tea establishments in California.
