I love Elden Street Tea Shop! The tea is high quality and there is a HUGE selection. I've been ordering several different types and may favorites so far are ginger honeybush and white tea cake. They also have amazing matcha as well. Ordering online is super easy and now I will never be tea-less 🙏
My mom and I came in on a Saturday afternoon and had scones and tea. Everything was pretty good, but we were disappointed that they were out of lots of teas - including all of the authentic Japanese teas. The lady who appeared to be the manager on duty seemed to be training a couple new employees. The new employees were very nice but made a few small mistakes that weren't that big of a deal. The tea here is truly amazing, and the staff are wonderful—it's just a bit of a challenge to actually get through the door. Out of three attempts, I’ve only been able to make a purchase once because the shop frequently closes for private events on the weekends. Unfortunately, the AI assistant, Reah, doesn't mention these closures, so it’s easy to make a trip for nothing.
