This is a great sandwich shop. The food is delicious and the customer service is outstanding. Dilma is great, managing customers and employees with grace and humor. The restaurant is a bit run down now (I wouldn't put that on the staff but the owner of the franchise). Having said that, no one goes to a sub/sandwich shop for its atmosphere, and the other factors like food and service more than make up for it.

I've been using this place for years. I get take out twice a week, Italian with Grilled Chicken salad. The food is always good, service is fast, even with a long line. The thing I like the most is the manager Dilma. She always greets me by name with a big smile. Brightens my day,
