The blackened salmon and crab corn chowder were so good that I began to eat it so fast without drinking water that I started to have some type of heartburn or acid reflux. I had to get up, walk around the table for a little bit. Drank water and a nice lady server came and asked was I okay and or did I need anything. I said yes, more water and told her why I was standing up. She brought me more water and eventually I started eating again and finished the entree.

Ordered the French 75 from the bar but it wasn't like the usual ones I've had elsewhere. It was good but it shouldn't have ice and should be in a champagne glass. Had the Cobb salad; chicken was super dry but everything else about it was good. My guest had a club sandwich which he enjoyed. Service was good; overall it was good for a hotel restaurant.

This is the restaurant that is used for Breakfast at the Hyatt Regency. Globalists get free breakfast included here. The service was good and the food was pretty good too. Not a huge spread but perfectly does the job. Buffet is otherwise $22 per person if not included. Restaurant opens at 6:30 which I feel is a tad late for an airport hotel, it should open no later than 6am or earlier if possible. Many get up really early for flights.
