Yes, it’s a great bike shop, but they also have the BEST Lattes in Herndon / Reston area (we’ve tried them all!) and my favorite smoothies. Love the community atmosphere and if you need anything bike related, you can’t find a nicer, more informative team! But, you don’t have to bike to love the lizard…. Stop By!
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were attentive. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star is the pretentiousness the repair guy acted around my son and I. We bought a gently used second hand excellent road bike as a starter and it was very well maintain. There were a few adjustments without anything needing to be replaced. $50 for about 20 minutes of adjusting to include pedal tightening. The guy wasn’t happy to be working on a bike that doesn’t cost thousands of...
Idk if I can say ENOUGH good things about these guys.
Super knowledgeable, and they take care of me every time I bring them my bicycles. I have some fairly high $$$ value bicycles, and I will literally only take them to Green Lizard for service. I’ve had some really bad luck with other shops.
