A delicious combination of vegetables including shiitake mushroom, carrot, bean sprout, zucchini, cucumber and more on top of steamed rice, topped with a fried egg, sauteed beef and Nori, all served in a piping hot stone bowl. Add our own sweet and spicy red sauce to your taste.
