This was absolutely the worst meal I've ever had in my life. And I love breakfast. How can you burn pancakes number one. Number two if the pancakes are supposed to be strawberry cheesecake where was the strawberry and whipped cream. And I didn't know the eggs can turn this brown that was the cook on my omelette. But the manager was very nice and apologetic
Don’t go at night after dinner hours. Kitchen and service is super slow. Took an hour before our waiter came over to tell us there was a mistake with our order and it was being corrected. Asked for a glass of water 3 times before getting it.

I had called for my ubereats order to remind them of the hashbrowns that came with my food (because it was forgotten the last time I ordered a large order with friends) and the manager I spoke with on the phone (I believe her name is Megan but I might be wrong) made sure they gave me my hashbrowns plus and extra order for the hashbrowns I was missing last time. I just thought that was so sweet… the customer service here is great. I used to order here during Ramadan 2023 all the time because there was barely anything else open and I was always very satisfied. Thank you iHop crew and Megan (if that’s the managers name lol I hope it is). I appreciate you guys very much!
