The food here hit the spot and Chester provided great service. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and nice (looked as if it was renovated recently). It actually shocked both myself and my friend.
My fav here in the area as it’s open 24/7 and visiting from the west coast made me hungry at midnight when everything else is closed. Also nicest decorated ihop I’ve ever been to. Staff were courteous and plenty of parking. Clean inside and good simple food.
Update 9/5 2025: For the first time in a long time, I was served in timely and friendly way. The waitress was wonderful. She greeted me and sat me down within 30 seconds of arriving in the restaurant. She picked up on my cues that I was ready to order and ready for the check. Usually I wait an inordinate amount of time. The food was great. BTW, I judge IHOP, by IHOP standards. 5 stars doesn't mean this is the most amazing restaurant. It means for an IHOP, I had a 5 star experience....
