Okay, Dec 26, 2025 - bottom line up front - great food! Truly very pleasantly surprised!! Read all the negative, older reviews and had low expectations to be honest. But we were blown away by how good it really was! We had the Shinwari goat karhai and chicken malai kabob and let me tell you both were excellent. We know a good karhai when we taste it, and this Shinwari goat karhai (not ordinary goat karhai which is also on the menu but seek out the Shinwari karhai on their menu)...
If this is Khyber Shinwari at Spice Village - I love this place - the chicken tikka is tasty and of excellent quality. None of that elderly, rubber chicken you get some other places. Thank you Khyber Shinwari for resisting the temptation to go cheap. I will say though, that the butter chicken gravy has a touch too much ... sugar? (something is making it sweet) for my taste, but not so much that it truly wrecks it ... only, I wish ...
