Lot's of bagels, and lots of variety. Seemingly something for everyone. Unfortunately, I didn't find the bagel I was looking for. And I felt a bit brushed aside by the staff member that was "helping" me, So I left without purchasing anything. However, it seems like a great place, And maybe this person was just having a busy day.

They are great at communicating if they don’t have something. We ordered online and they called to tell us they were out of something and apologized again when we picked it up. The food was perfect. Great bagels and we were amazed at how good the eggs on our bagel were. Perfectly cooked and fluffy. We will be back regularly!

I can’t stress enough how amazing the bagels and staff are at Bobby’s Bagels. I have always had such a pleasant experience and not once have I ever been disappointed. Even when it gets busy the staff is so kind and you can tell they are determined to make their customers happy! I always look forward to their holiday bagels. I called last minute for the Valentine’s Day heart shaped bagels that you usually have to pre-order 3 days in advance and the owner was kind enough to hold 4 bagels for me. I got them for my friends and family and they are so thrilled. Such a special way to start the morning! Thank you Bobby’s Bagels for always going above and beyond and always delivering great service!

One word: Food poisoning. I ordered their steak egg and cheese and it gave me food poisoning. It's not the first time I have seen their workers have very poor hygiene practices (coughing on the food, not wearing gloves, etc) but this time it made me very sick. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. Their workers need to be trained on proper hygiene and supervised.

Their fire detectors battery is low and chirps every minute. This has been going on for over a month. They are to lazy to fix it. Wonder what else they are lazy about doing???? Place is run by the laziest people in the world!!!!

From the moment I stepped into the beautiful flooring of Bobby’s Bagel Cafe, I fell in love.I still remember the first time I had a bite of their scrumptious bagels, and wow, was I impressed. I consider myself to be a bagel fanatic and I can say, this is the place to go!I’m a vegan and I find it very hard to find bagel places with decent bagels. They also offer delicious gluten free varieties. Awesome if you have dietary restrictions!The customer service that they provide everyone with is top class and much better than what you can find at other bagel joints.Please take my honest review and do yourself a favor by coming to Bobby’s Bagel Cafe.Thanks!SaanviKid-friendliness: My kids love this place! Poorly run, taking over an hour to actually get their (quite tasty) bagels.We tried to place an order for five bagel sandwiches. Despite a rather quiet day at the store, they refused to take orders by phone, telling us to order online. Their Doordash site is so badly configured that we could not find how to order a specific bagel type with a specific spread. Switching to their website, which was more usable, we placed and paid for our order.The "order status" tracker never advanced beyond "order placed" to "preparing" or "ready." Arriving at the shop, they could not find the order, even when shown the confirmed order on my phone. Ten minutes later, they insisted the "not prepared" order had already been picked up. Another ten minutes on, their manager finally conceded they needed to provide the order and actual preparation began.Ordering food is such such a basic of the business, so it's surprising when a shop can't get it right. Perhaps it's time that "Bobby" gets involved in their shops again.
